NRGT Return & Exchange Policy

At NRGT, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help make it right.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

During the holiday season, the return window may be extended for purchases made within designated promotional periods.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Exchanges

Exchanges are always free.

You may exchange your item for:

A different size
A different color
A different product of equal value

Once your returned item is received and approved, your replacement order will be processed and shipped.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Returns & Store Credit

If you choose not to exchange your item, you may return it for store credit.

Store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the item plus an additional 15% bonus credit to help offset your original shipping cost.

Refund Policy

NRGT does not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Promotional items
Gift cards

Return Eligibility & Inspection

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

Unworn
Unwashed
Free of stains or marks
Free of odors including perfume, cologne, detergent, deodorant, smoke, or other scents
Returned in original condition

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If a returned item shows signs of wear, washing, odors, excessive lint, hair, or damage, it may be deemed ineligible for return. In such cases, the item may be donated and store credit will not be issued.

If you would like the item shipped back to you after being deemed ineligible, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Lost Returns in Transit

NRGT is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit and never physically received by our return department.

If a return package is lost during transit, store credit may only be issued if valid tracking confirms the package was actively in transit to our return address.

Gift Card Purchases

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

If an order purchased with a prepaid gift card is returned, store credit will be issued back to the prepaid card used for the purchase.

If the prepaid card is expired or unavailable, customers must contact the card issuer for assistance.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.

NRGT does not provide prepaid return labels.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost or delayed in transit.
